This policy covers the Hermes SMS/MMS service provided by JLT Consulting, operated by JASON TREACY LLC.

Information we use

We use your mobile number, messages and media you provide, messaging preferences, and consent records to handle the specific communication you agreed to receive. Consent records include the subject, the question asked, your response, the time, and a reference to the related call.

How information is processed

We use this information to provide requested follow-up, deliver messages, honor opt-out requests, troubleshoot delivery, and maintain consent records. Our communications and technology service providers may process information on our behalf to operate and secure the service.

We do not sell your mobile number or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not shared with third parties for their own purposes. Service providers may process them only as needed to support our messaging service.

Access and retention

Access to messaging and consent records is limited to people and systems involved in providing and supporting the service. We keep records as needed to provide the service, honor your preferences, document consent, and meet applicable obligations.

Your choices

Participation is optional. Reply STOP to stop messages, or HELP for help. You can also contact jason@jlt-consulting.com with privacy questions, requests, or a request to stop messages. We may retain limited opt-out information to honor your request.
