THE PERSON BEHIND JLT

Hi, I’m Jason.

I work where business processes
and technology meet.

My work spans Salesforce administration, workflow design, reporting, and helping teams make sense of the systems they use every day.

I start by understanding how your business works: what’s going well, what’s getting in the way, and what your team needs next. Then we define the work and make improvements you can put to use.

WORKING TOGETHER

A clear next step.
At every step.

  1. 01

    Let’s understand the problem.

Tell me about your business, your systems, and what you’d like to work better.

  2. 02

    Agree on the work.

We agree the deliverables, exclusions, price, and how we’ll check success before implementation begins.

  3. 03

Build, test, and put it to use.

We work through the changes, check that they meet your needs, and make sure your team can use them.

BEFORE WE TALK

A few practical answers.

Do I need to know what needs fixing?

No. Start with what your team is working around: a report you don’t trust, a repeated task, or a handoff that gets missed. We can define the work from there.

Can we start with a small project?

Yes. A focused Salesforce improvement or one manual workflow is a useful place to start. The scope comes before a larger commitment.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the scope, complexity, and support needed. We’ll discuss your requirements and agree the work and price before implementation.

What happens after a change is built?

Testing, documentation, and handover are part of defining the work. If you need continuing help, we can agree an ongoing support arrangement.

LET’S GET TO WORK

Bring me one workflow
that isn’t working.

Tell me what gets stuck, who it affects, and what you want to improve.
I’ll review it with you and we’ll work out a sensible next step.
